I'll throw TDS Belarus in the ring here. Vegetable base, thirsty soaps with amazing lather and slightly out-there scent profiles. Very good prices per soap if you get a few to cover postage, and (in my case) a nice few cheeky chunks of different samples of shaving and body soap in the well packaged delivery.

Agreed to the slickness is outstanding on this soap. Smells bit dated though but more than makes up for long lasting use. I mostly get vetiver with trailing green moss. It remains in my regular rotation.

I was surprised by a new French artisan soap with tallow base . Really is excellent. and the artisan only works with EO's

I’m late to the Tabac game but it’s certainly no worse than my MdC and SV soaps. I adore the scent too.

The packaging certainly isn’t as elegant as the other two though.
