The QShave razors, especially the Futur rip off (£5) and the Parthenon. Fatip razors (£20). The new Wilkinson Sword TTO (£12). Creighton's soaps, balms, etc. Ingram / Palmolive shaving creams (~£2). Salt of the Earth Alum deodorant (~£4) at Holland and Barrett. Plissoft brushes.
Most of these keep a pride of place in my rotation to remind me that one needn't spend a clean fortune in any department to find good quality.

Razors: Techs and E-R 1912. Modern, Colonial Brass General, Karve and Piccolo.
Brushes: Various Omega Boars, Semogue just the *1470, *Maseto and a couple customs from **ATG members.
Aftershaves: Myrsol are great vfm, Boots Freshwood Balm in the winter.

Damn excellent both. I found a chap here in Greece that stocks Palmolive sticks for 1.75 euros. Everytime I add one more stick. So good smell.

I just bought two Palmolive sticks but it's taking the slow boat from England. Also bought three Williams Shaving Soap pucks. Looking forward to both.

For me, the ultimate bargain is Vitos soap (~£11 for 1kg). You get a lot for not a lot of money, and it contends with soaps many multiples its price.
Add a Yaqi brush, for not a lot of money, a QShave, YaQi or Ever Ready razor, for not a lot of money and whatever blades you choose (likely for not a lot of money) and you've plenty of shaves to hand for probably less than £40.

Extraordinarily Uncomplicated
Edwin Jagger 3ONE6 razor. Live in US - purchased from English Shaving, new customer discount, favorable exchange rate, low shipping cost, and $80. Razor lists for $120 on US sites. While not the equal of high end higher priced razors, nice mild side of aggressive razor and will be in my rotation.
