My favourite Simpson is the Commodore X2 Best. It's perfection across all metrics... Hair type, knot size, density, flow-through, handle ergonomics and overall look.
(Mine is the red box from 2012)

Variation is always a risk with Simpson.
I've had Best that felt nearly like Super and I've had best that were prickly as Pure!

But a good specimen of the Simpson Best just can't be beat!

So i would suggest the X3 from your listed choices.

I forgot to mention boti foregoer, if you want a totally natural silvertip badger.
Totally without processing or gelling.
Silvertip hair with ultra fine taper.

Haven't tried it but very happy with their untreated three-band Kirin knot. Good luck!
