I work in a machine shop so if I replace the thread, I'll do it there

After using my original Ninja single-air fryer for the last two years, I was so impressed with it I just had to upgrade to the twin, this now makes my cooker oven defunct overnight, using 75% less energy I'm a convert love my air-fryer.

I have a DS handle in Ti with sloppy threads too. I messaged them but zero response. Very shoddy workmanship.
