There wasn't much to shave this morning but I wanted to try my R2 plate so I thought I'd use it with a Derby blade. Such a smooth and efficient shave. I normally use my R2 for when I've got 2 or more days worth of growth but with the right blade I get a smooth shave regardless of the growth.
I'm a big fun of the ATT R2 plate :notworthy:

Palm stropping my SE blades prior to shaving with the ATT SE continues to provide very impressive shaves, however my ATT kit has been collecting dust since the arrival of the Timeless. The way I found the ATT to be slightly better than the Ikon, a couple of years back is being mirrored with the Timeless over ATT now IMO.

ATT S2 and I love it! Just that hint of blade bite is perfect for me.
Did have the S1 but much prefer the S2 OC especially with the stock Atlas handle.
I'd really like to give the SE1 a try someday. I'm also hoping Stan will release a black oxide version.

I don't own an ATT at the minute. I've been considering one and undecided between the M1 and R1. Think I might wait until next year and get one as a birthday present to myself with the 2017 date mark.

Loving my S2 with Atlas handle. My ideal would be a polished SE1 but Stan has no plans to release one any time soon. :(

You could take yours and get it polished. Lots of engineering shops offer polishing services.
