Tapatalk also hosts images when posted directly from the app which would have been helping to keep disc storage requirements down

OK here is the issue,
When I try and type replies, I have to turn an add-on on my browser (Firefox Quantum) called "Mobile Dyslexic" which transforms all fonts into easily readable forms for me! If it is on, I cannot see the sybols above ie Bold,Strikethrough or Emoji's, interestingly all the share symbols at the bottom are also scrambled. So I have to turn it off when I am typing! I'm sure you can see the problem. This add-on has no other issues except here, since the upgrade.

Tapatalk is proving difficult in all honesty, likelihood is we will be removing it I'm afraid.
I've asked Matt about this as, it looks like an incompatibility issue with our version of Xenforo...OK here is the issue,

That's a shame. I'm a member of one other forum that has no Tapatalk and I just don't visit it any more. I'm supportive and happy with the appearance of the website, but for me, losing Tapatalk is quite a big blow.
Are there any alternatives to Tapatalk which would give a similar experience? I used to use a thing called Forum Runner but everything has been Tapatalk recently.
I've emailed the Tapatalk to see if they can help, I am unaware of any other platforms to be honest. I used to be an avid Tapatalk user but I find mobile Chrome and ATG work seamlessly. Been using this combination for the last 3 years.

XenoForo uses a font called "Font Awesome 5 Pro" to display icons. "Mobile Dyslexic" tries to substitute those icons with its own font, which won't work.
The developer needs to add an exception for that font. There is a support email address here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/mobile-dyslexic/
