Ok chaps a quick break down as I'm currently at work.

New server costs for a greater storage amount is £30/month. I'm currently discussing with Matt from MattWservices to see if we can thrash out a better deal. But £30/month is his usual charge. So £360/year. Should we need his help his hourly rates vary from £30 to £80/hour depending on the type of work required.
Domain name costs are £60/year

So a total of £420/year should we not need Matt's expertise.

Our donations came in at £380
I have 4 vendors on board and invoiced so that will bring in an additional £400/year so far 2 have paid.

So in conclusion as it stands currently:
Outgoings= £420
Incomings= £580

Were still waiting to hear from a few more vendors but the above is how it currently stands.

@Nishy how much storage are we talking. And do you have a traffic or size cap per day/week?

We currently have 10GB SSD storage. Which sounds tiny. It is. However, we are paying for the complete server and back end support that Matt provides hence it is more expensive than others. We could get similar hosting for about £3pm, but we'd have to do all the sever maintenance ourselves and we simply don't have time, nor skills to do this.
Another cost, coming up soon will be an upgrade of Xenforo to version 2. 1.5.2 that we are currently on is no longer supported.

Sounds good, does that include the exorbitant fee's when things go wrong? £380 in donations and so far unless you have recieved any more from vendors makes £580 so far with the £200 from two vendors. That is two full years of uninterupted service if I'm correct, if 3 more vendors cough up £300 then that plus a couple more donations should see ATG pretty much secure for two more, great news. Good negotiating skills @Nishy.

wonderful news Nishy. Do not forget your members are always here in times of need. Many giving a little adds up to a lot and you don't have to carry any burden alone.
