Hello everyone,
This week has been dedicated to refining the design of our new adjustable razor which will officially bear the name Horizon — a name that reflects the breadth of possibilities offered by this adjustment system.

A Completely Redesigned Design
Compared to the first prototypes I had shared, the design has been entirely revised to improve ergonomics and user comfort. As you can see in the photo, Chloé even had time to perform a polishing that perfectly reveals the lines and finishes of this new version.
The adjustment system, clearly visible with its graduation from 1 to 8, allows precise adjustment of blade exposure over a range of -0.15 mm to +0.2 mm. This approach offers a smooth transition from the mildest to the most aggressive shave, according to your preferences and desired shaving type.

Final Adjustments Before Production
I still have a few technical details to perfect, particularly regarding finishes and wall thicknesses to avoid any deformation during use. These points, although minor, are essential to guarantee the durability and precision of the mechanism we have developed.
Once these final adjustments are completed, we can move to definitive manufacturing, with a sales target around mid/late June.

Pass Around Proposal
Before the commercial launch, I would like to organize pass around, if you would like to coordinate a pass around on your forum or community, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. I will provide the necessary prototypes as well as technical information to organize these tests under the best conditions.

In Conclusion
The Horizon represents the culmination of several months of development and iterations. This razor embodies our vision of an adjustable system combining mechanical simplicity, durability, and shaving performance.
Your feedback and suggestions are always welcome, whether on technical, aesthetic aspects, or regarding the organization of pass arounds.

Hello everyone,

After a final week of intensive fine-tuning, our Horizon model is finally ready to be tested by the community. Next Tuesday, we will proceed with sending out the models so they can be evaluated under real conditions.

Latest Improvements

This final week has been dedicated to several crucial optimizations:

  • Slide improvement: The adjustment mechanism has been refined to offer smoother and more precise handling
  • Cleaner machining: All finishing details have been perfected to meet our quality standards
  • Creation of production tooling: The tools necessary for series manufacturing are now ready

Test Organization

We will send out approximately 6 models to cover different communities and gather a varied panel of feedback. These tests will run for an indeterminate duration, allowing each tester to truly get familiar with the razor and explore all its possibilities.

Test organization will take place during next week or this weekend for those who have already expressed interest.

For Those Interested

Requests to create a pass around are now closed, and I will contact the selected organizers for coordination.

Important: I will not be responsible for registration procedures for the tests. Each pass around organizer will manage the organization and registrations within their community according to their own criteria.

In Conclusion

This step marks an important turning point in Horizon's development. After months of design, prototyping, and adjustments, we are finally entering the validation phase by those who matter most: you, the traditional shaving enthusiasts.

Your impressions, constructive criticism, and suggestions will be valuable for the final adjustments before definitive production.

Hello everyone,

Thanks to the valuable feedback gathered from several pass-arounds, I’m happy to confirm that the Horizon razor is now ready for release.

It will be available for purchase starting tomorrow, Thursday June 25th at 12 PM (France time).

The Horizon will be offered in all the usual materials and finishes from the atelier:

  • Materials: 316L Stainless Steel, TA6V Titanium, CUA1 Copper, and Cupro Bronze
  • Finishes: Machined (as seen in the pass-arounds), sandblasted, basic polish, premium polish, and aged copper alloys.

📦 Please note: the workshop will be closed during the month of August, so early orders will benefit from shorter production times.

I’d also like to extend a warm thank-you to the organizers of the pass-arounds for their time and dedication to the community. Your feedback has been instrumental in refining the Horizon down to its final form.

Looking forward to seeing your future impressions and shaves!

Hello everyone,

I’m very happy to share an important update regarding our shipping policy.
We know that ordering from abroad can sometimes be complicated, especially when taxes, customs duties, or unexpected shipping costs are added afterwards. It’s never pleasant to face those surprises once the order is placed.

To offer a service that truly matches the quality of our razors, we’ve decided to make things as simple as possible: all our listed prices are now all-inclusive.
That means VAT, customs duties, and shipping fees (for orders over €200) are already included in the price you see.

From now on, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we take care of all customs and tax payments ourselves, so you won’t have to pay anything extra upon delivery.

Important note: this service applies to all new orders placed on the website. Orders already in progress will not benefit from this service.

Our goal is simple: to make your experience, from ordering to your first shave, smooth, transparent, and hassle-free.

Thank you all for your trust and for the great conversations we share here.
