Yes indeed, even if I was promised 24hr Internet connection! It probably in the small print that they can switch it off when they want, problems for the last five days reported all over the UK. P.

Not an outage as such but broadband speed has slowed to a crawl. My wife's Zoom session yesterday with friends frequently froze.
