Dear ATG Forum Members,
Since dicing into wet shaving head fist a year ago I have always been drawn to the British Gillette Aristocrat razor. I am thinking about buying one that I want to use and enjoy. I am confused by the different models of what appear to be the same razor, 15, 16, 44, and 66. Then is see there are different generations!
My first pass with one of my 195 razors is on #7 so this is about the feel I am looking for. Can someone please provide some advice or information to assist me with my research into the Aristocratic from England? I have not found the specifications on these razors to help guide me.
Thanks in Advance,
FBF

Forget the confusion of the old junkers, get yourself a Wolfman WR2, 2.05mm. Your worries will be over.

I would love a Wolfman someday, they seem hard to come by. I have five modern razors and use them more frequently now than my Vintage razors. Quality Old School appeals to me!

IMHO a Wolfman is all hype, and who has the Biggest JOHNSON Thing, a Vintage will give you a BBS with Quality Blade.

There is another Forum where the Wolf Owner blow smoke up each one behind weekly, and pay one another compliment about each other Wolfman.

Do get 500-900 BUCKS USD for a RAZOR. If a Vintage Gillette will do same work as well.
