AD maurice vs #7 handles

For those with both a number 7 and a Le Maurice.
Can you tell me how Le maurice feels / performs with its origional handle vs the number 7 handle ? The number 7 handle is lighter (76g vs 90g) i think. How does this change the shave ?

This makes no sense to me. Whatever razor I grab, whatever handle it has, they all shave the same to me.
