The head looks closer to a Timeless razor, but, it's not 100% spot on like the original Timeless razor, just closer.

IMO, it seems to be either Vintage (or modern) Merkur inspired, or perhaps Rocca inspired, rather than Timeless (although I guess Timeless got inspired by the same vintage or modern German heads).
