Poor day today received the Blackbird OC, badly finished, Stirling brush, shedder. My only product received perfectly was a muhle razor head OC. Never tried muhle before apart from a soap so looking forward to trying the R41.

No @Nishy, it doesn't stand up on it's own. It has a domed shape with button on the top. It does sit nicely in my brush stand though.

To be honest, 2 shaving soaps are for some very close friends. I just keep one

Actually, I just came back from shopping and I got a Bleu de Chanel to pair the Wickham and also Vetiver de Guerlain to pair my Vetiver's soaps like the Mike's or the Wholly Kaw Vetivertal or Dark Vetiver and the Green Vetiver Splash from Fine.

The razor inside revealed itself as a #22 in VGC

A quick rule of thumb to specifically identify a #22, #66 or #70 as all superficially look similar

If the razor is rhodium plated with 'Patent Pending' in the blade tray, then it's a #22
If the razor is nickel plated with 'Brit Pat 694.093' in the blade tray, then it's a #70
Everything else, including aluminium, is a #66

It's definitely a gorgeous brush. I was wondering if it does have a part hollow construction, if it could allow for a mechanism to adjust the knot. The filthy part is Shavemac had designed one some time back, but this looks better.
