Not in, but l'm planning for a 2018 with much less purchases.
I'm going to sell of some soaps and maybe some brushes and razors. I have a Rocca for sale if someone is interrested.
Plan to buy.
- Eufros LE + one more.
- A few more Wholly Kaw (tallow + donkey milk)
- 2 Shavemac, the ongoing LE ATG project.
- I have a Maseto with a custom handle on the way.
- I really want a Simpsons Chubby 2 Manchurian. I'm checking BST, but it could also be a gift to myself when I'm turn 50 in september.
I got my new Tatara Masamune today, so hopefully no more razors. If a Charcoal Level 2 or 3 or a Timeless .95 SB shows up at BST maybe I can't resist.

Interested in the Tatara as I have pre ordered one for February how long is the handle please as on many photo's it seems to go on forever?

Sounds like a good plan.
I still try new kit occasionally if the mood takes me. When I do, it inevitably confirms that:
1) I've not found a soap at any price that provides a better experience than La Toja stick.
2) Injectors are my perfect razor.
3) Endlessly chasing new gear just complicates a simple task.

My guess is around 85mm, but the razor is home and I am in the Swedish mountains. Next shave with the razor will be tuesday morning.

On my radar are a couple of soaps to try and a custom brush that I'm currently having made then that's it. That all said I have recently slipped down the hole of collecting vintage soaps and associated items.

I’m enjoying my honeymoon period, although I’ll soon have to sell a kidney to support it...Luckily I’m not into soaps, brushes and straight razors (yet?), so I can happily survive with a couple of Masetos and my green Proraso.
As for DE razors, I feel I’m still looking for THE ONE. I love my Wolfman and Timeless, but I feel there are many razors out there that could be as good or better.
I’m more for keeping just the ones I really like and quickly shifting the ones I dislike, with the ultimate goal to just keep 2 or 3 good high end razors, but I’m not there yet.
For this reason, I’m out.
