1987 Super Adjustable

It has been a while since posting my findings but after what I found today it could not be avoided. A few weeks ago I went to a place that I visit often, that has really good pricing. In the case that normally has the razors he had this...

He also gave me an extra set of blades that are already put away.

At the weekly flea market I PIF'd the $5 fatboy I found that day to a regular that wanted to take the dive into our wonderful hobby. Well he found me later to point out 2 razors that I might be interested in. One being a 1987 Super Adjustable, the other being a lovely gold Ever-Ready.

Well today I went to a shop while wasting time before a work meeting and at the bottom of a display case was this beauty.

I like to think that I got a pretty good deal, a bit of haggling and everyone was happy.

It can be difficult to find. It goes in spurts. I often find the same stuff then something really good. I pass on a lot of it. There is a place that has had a gold Super Adjustable for about 3 years. She is asking over $100 it.

Not always easy when not able to read non-verbal cues, but in case you didn't understand my comment, it was based on the belief that Toggles usually go for a lot more. Don't they?

My apologies I was being a smart ass. The entire lot was less than $20. I might part with the something to procure fancy brushes.
