I’ve been offline for a while so I’m slowly getting caught up. I just saw this comment about El Dorado rum. It happens to be my current favorite but with one difference from
@Burgundy ’s suggestion. I prefer the 15 year. I typically drink it neat or with just one rock. I drink my single malts the same way. Actually looking forward to warmer weather because I drink based on the seasons. Scotch (Lagavulin 16) and bourbon during cold weather. Rum in warm weather. Another warm weather favorite of mine is a Vesper martini: Ketel One (3 parts) Bombay Sapphire (1 part), Lillet (1/2 part) and a lemon peel.
