Push notifications banner on windows pc

Hi Chaps,
Does anyone know how to get rid of the highly infuriating "Enable push notifications" Banner when using the site on Windows? It's getting right on my Tit's.

This is from memory. When it comes up at the bottom of the screen (The Shaving Room would like.. etc.), click on the link in the message. You should then see another dropdown message at top left. Select the down arrow at right and choose "Never allow".

PS I've just tried it on Firefox and then Chrome. The messages/format differ slightly, but do the same thing.

I get the same message on my mobile ,there's an X and when pressed you have a choice of three.

Enable notification - Ask me later - Never ask again.
