Tried placing order, the Web-Site refuse to remove VAT I believe is 22%, I email company Saturday, it is MON, for help, no reply.

Anyone have better Custom er Service Email then.

If you are outside the EU, the price shown is excluding the VAT. I'm in the UK and that's been the case since Brexit. I've just put in a dummy order and the USA price is the same as UK.
If you put your item in the basket and go to check out, you can see this by altering the country to say Germany. Check the price and it will increase to include VAT.
