2*20 KB Long Cycle: 4 mins @ 6 rpm, 6 min rest, repeated 3 times. Legs could take a lot more punishment at this pace with these weights, but the forearms can't. I should be able to go 10 mins straight when I recover, though I will try 2*5 min sets first.

20 KG KB Snatches @ 20 rpm for 6 mins. Faster pace for a shorter period than what I aim for. My best result so far was 160 reps in 10 mins, so I am aiming for 170-180 reps, by the end of the year hopefully :training:

Does running around shopping and pre-christmas errands count?
Tuesday, lift some weights
Wednesday, Gym-90 minutes of Eliptical, LateralX eliptical, treadmill & lift some weights.

Whatever helps prepare for downhill skiing in the Canadian rockies later this month.

2*20 KB Long Cycle: 7 mins @ 6 rpm. Even a week off training causes a drop in aerobic performance. I could have pushed for a bit more, but wouldn't be able to make it to 10 mins, so I stopped. Next time :boxing:

2*20 KB Long Cycle: 5 mins @ 6 rpm, 3 mins @ 8 rpm, 1 min @ 11 rpm. 8 rpm felt easier than the preceding 6 rpm; did I not warm up well, or is being in motion with these weights easier for me than being in static tension? I don't know yet, but I'd still like to reach the 10 min mark before the end of the year.

4,020km of MTBing, YTD. That's enough biking for the year. Off to Whitefish, Montana for some mountain skiing.
