Apologies if this is the wrong place but a face soap does not fit anywhere else. Mods please move if ness.
I picked up on Darren's face soaps through FB stalking videos etc. Not his vids, the usual youtube suspects. I was sceptical about these to start but curiosity ended up with post Santa deliveries of a number of my favourite scents in soap fashion. Secret Santa sent some. Wife ordered some and in true Darren style she got more than she asked ( paid ) for.
Have to say these are a totally new concept to me for a shaving regime but one that I am starting to enjoy. I find myself ditching the pre shave proraso I have used for ages in favour of a good face wash with this soap. What I find strange is that it is not like a normal soap. You have to work it hard to get a lather but when that apparently thin lather is applied to the face it seems to come alive once worked in. Nourishing feel, clean and particularly aromatic. They are small in size. At that price I thought Mmmmm, but having used a few times now there seems to be VERY little reduction in puck size so maybe these are actually very good value and will last a good while. I know I knock his ( Darren's) balms but these soaps are good. Very good. I have a Russian leather in the bathroom and another 7 pucks on the 'awaits shelf'. Happy days.

. My original thought - small soap, £4 + , mmmm. The more I rub it (the bigger it gets - I wish ) , the more it stays the same size.
