Stocking up for the cooler months. Whiskey!
I looked around a while back and found the best prices on eBay.Does any of you guys can recommend webshop in UK that ships to EU , I want to buy Glencairn whisky glass. Thank you
But it was out of stock in duty free when I was passing through this week (The regular prices in Norway would likely be heart attack inducing on any Reginald or George. Or simply prohibitive, which indeed is the intention.)Lagavulin 16 really is something special.
Opened a bottle of Springbank 10 yesterday - I’m a convert. A bit of young-whisky burn but I’m loving the salty-sweet-malty-peaty funk that’s going on in my mouth!10 year old Springbank is wonderful and not ruinously expensive unlike most of the other Springbanks!
Where did you find it and how much did they rob you for?Opened a bottle of Springbank 10 yesterday - I’m a convert. A bit of young-whisky burn but I’m loving the salty-sweet-malty-peaty funk that’s going on in my mouth!
The wine shop in the next village and £41.95. Sound about right?Where did you find it and how much did they rob you for?
Nice one. That's the usual price but you've saved yourself ~£5 deliveryThe wine shop in the next village and £41.95. Sound about right?
I suspect you'll struggle to find ANYTHING in the same peaty league as Uigeadail! Anything you'll try will be lacking in peat in comparison. You might be better off trying a whisky that focuses on on something different. Maybe Oban or Springbank for something complex? Now what to get next in the peated category?
