I have a few Straight Razors as they in very good condition when Not in use i Would like to to look after the blades as when using one i leave the others on display.
I have a bottle of Rebisol and a jar of resistance wax do I use ether one to protect the blades & wipe of when in use

To be honest I just carefully dry mine (thoroughly wiped with cotton cloth and then stropped on linen) and keep them in a dry place in a box, and I haven't had a problem. Oiling or waxing them would lead to more faff, and it would mean I would use them less - and that would be a shame. I try to use each of my razors at least once every two weeks, I don't leave them for months at a time.

For long term storage, I'd use either Renaissance Wax or camelia oil.

If you have an old strop you could apply a little Ballistol or Camelia oil and then use it after shaving. This will protect the edge e
when not in use and will easily wipe off when you strop prior to use. In any event, neither oil will harm you if it comes into contact with skin.
There is a purpose made bottle with a thick piece of wadding designed to hold oil and apply to blades if you want to be extra cautious.
