Hey folks,
I was just curious has anybody ever finished a shave with a final water pass with a de razor to get a closer shave? Ive watched videos and read on various forums of people doing a final water pass with a straight razor. Just wandering if this would result in irritation? I was thinking if a person wants a closer cut on the polishing pass he would want a very thin, or even no lather just maybe water. I was also thinking that one could lather up just as you normally would on the clean up or what i call the polishing pass. Then just give a quick rinse but not rinse all the soap residue just leave enough for a residual slickness, and that would give a closer cut. Any thoughts or opinions?
