Ukrainian Easter

Anyone celebrating Ukrainian Easter? Quite a few people do so locally. Personally, I look forward to buying Ukrainian Easter bread at the local grocery stores. It is called Paska or Babka depending on where in the Ukraine and by whom it is made. I like to take advantage of what different cultures produce locally and can't turn down a chance to try some tasty bread.

I agree on the seasonal foods for different cultures.

I will be making a Simnel cake for Easter, a fruit cake with marzipan for sharing with others, perfect with a strong tea.

I don't, but I like the idea of "using" other nation's occasions to having dishes one doesn't usually have.
To date, the closest I got to that is taking advantage of a broader offering of dates in some supermarkets during Ramadan.
