It's not "Making a Murderer" it's slow and strung out but fascinating.
If you like being angry at your tv then it's definitely worth a watch.
(If you've not watched Making a Murderer then you are missing out, it's quite amazing.)

Yes, The Punisher is based on Marvel Comics character of the same name.

Travellers is a Sci-fi series where people from the future are sent back to the 21st century on certain missions which influence the fate of mankind.
