I think the active has a more citrus/lemon scent as opposed to the herbal lavender of the regular line but both have a spicy medicinal vibe and apparently are not worlds apart scent wise. Performance wise, although I have not tried the Active version from what I can tell they are very similar again. Both have Witch Hazel and the speick plant additive along with other goodies, the active has vitamin F which I don’t think the regular has.

13 euros final price. Doesn't seem cheap, my witch hazel costs 3 euros.

I'm not sure..

@RandySp just get it.
It is one of the best after shave lotions ever.
No space problem, you are going to throw away a lot of after shaves you already bought.
Active matches with the balsam scent wise, which I would be very disappointed if you do not have it already, since it is possibly the best balsam out there. :notworthy:
A citrus based scent, but it doesn't last long.

Michael, Speick balm was one of the first balms when started the wet shaving.

The technique was off, so this was a saviour for me. I don't like the scent but performs like a champ. Maybe I should get the lotion as well. Seems good! Does it burn?
