Wow! What a lather from the Cella, magnificent stuff... I might be getting carried away but I'd say there is very little difference between the quality of Cella lather and most of the artisan offerings available. Scent is marzipan out of the tub and almost scentless on the face, OK maybe a hint of something sweet like an almond croissant.
I've only used it the once but didn't find that at all, I kept adding water and it kept taking it... Ended up with a dense yoghurty lather with that tell-tale shine from a high water content.
Quite true indeed. There are certain reasonably priced soaps- Cella and the Palmolive stick immediately come to mind, though there are others- that provide as delightful a shaving experience as the most expensive products out there.

Ah great, I pull out a dollop of it to lather in a bowl. It is a small puck and it's difficult for me to load properly the brush directly.
