Pre shave: hot shower and Neutrogena glycerin soap bar.
Razor: 1960 Gillette 195 Adjustable.
Blade: Feather (3)
Brush: Yaqi Sigrada Familia 24mm synthetic.
Soap: Stirling Baker street.
Post shave: Nivea men sensitive post shave balm.
A nice smooth 3 pass evening shave this time, as I'm up and out at the crack of dawn in the morning for a local event.
The 195 worked like a charm as always.
Even though I felt as though my technique was a bit off due to lack of focus with being so busy making sure I had everything ready for the following day, it all worked out nicely without any post shave issues.
Using another stilring sample for this shave, same excellent performance and a great classic scent that really comes alive during the lather.
I know you can say that about most soaps but it seems particularly true for Baker Street.
It might be another keeper.
Finished off with the Nivea balm.
It's not quite as good as the cooling version but still does the job nicely.
Hope you all have a good night and a great weekend!
