ER 1914 - 12 tooth *
Gem S/S [ 5 ]
Alum Rub/ Rinse off
Tuff Green A/S Lotion

Rather a change from yesterday when I used a Streamline, this ER 1914 has a really short handle. Though I like
longer handles. one easily adapts to using it with a grip near the head.

I find it to be quite noisy when shaving, and though one can get an ultra close Shave, it takes up time do the polishing up needed to get one. Anyway, todays Shave was as to be expected from a 1914 - really close all round
with no post shave problems.

* Note- this Razor has 12 teeth and benefits from pronounced blade stops, and a fluted hexagonal handle.

Cream: TOBS Sandalwood
Razor: Merkur 41C
Blade: Vintage Gillette Platinum plus
Post: Warm then cold water rinse, TOBS Sandalwood AS

On less than 20 hours growth, all that was required was the mild efficiency of the 1904.
Ah well, my sandalwood week has come to an end.
Have a great weekend everyone.

Schick Proline P-30 (1).
Fine American Blend Aftershave.
BBA Post Shave Balm.
YSL Rive Gauche Pour Homme.

My goodness, believe the hype! The Cobra is on loan from a remarkably generous TSR member. My only decision this morning was choosing which blade to go with after the wide selection of blades sent to me by the equally generous @Acer89. A sublime 2 pass shave was had. So smooth, and so very close, without the slightest touch of irritation. Thanks also to @Boru62 and @2hot 2trot for their considered advice. At this point I should also thank my manager, my agent, my stylist.........Have a great weekend gents.

Preshave: Hot water rinse + bloom water
Razor: Unnamed OC
Blade: Astra SP (2)
Brush: New Forest Badger
Shave Soap: MWF
Aftershave Balm: Nivea Sensitive Cooling
Aftershave: M&S Harvard

Slightly improved performance with the combo today and the NF brush made short work of the MWF. Habitual four passes plus touch-ups for a BBS finish, just in time for the razor rotation to bring in a different weapon tomorrow.

Have a good weekend.

Regards,
Chris
