Well the weekend got off to very smooth start.
Having shaved less than 24hrs ago the Pushbutton gave a DFS+ in two passes. Scentwise the Fine Platinum and Floid Black complement each other wonderfully.
Have a great weekend everyone.

Preshave: Hot water rinse + bloom water
Razor: Anonymous DE OC
Blade: Astra SP (2)
Brush: Vulfix Grosvenor 404 mixed
Shave Cream: Wickham 1912 LE Bleu
Aftershave Balm: Baylis & Harding Black Pepper & Ginseng
Aftershave: Old Spice Whitewater

A near BBS shave is a great start to any day and the OS Whitewater seemed to complement the LE Bleu scent, to my unsophisticated nose.

Enjoy your shaves, gents.

Regards,
Chris

I haven't been around for a week now ...due to IT restrictions. 2 weeks ago we welcomed a new puppy (Poppy) to the family. She likes to chew:(While I was wording a horrendous shift last Saturday...my 2 legged nearest and dearest pulled all the router and computer cables and trashed the wired network in the house. I have been restricted to my phone and a tablet for a number of days. Shallow person that I am....I let her endure a mobile network for a few days before I reconnected the wifi. I have just wired up a Raspberry Pi while she is away on a girlie weekend.....so hopefully all will be 'sweetness and light' when she returns.

Today's shave was the beginning of my 'Beer and Burger' weekend.
3 close and smooth passes for a super BBS Shave:)

Have a good day....and take care this evening....its Eurovision. I worked one a few years back....the worst night I have ever seen for ODs......I can only guess why!

Enjoyable Saturday morning shave, first time with the Mitchell’s Wool Fat
I wasn’t disappointed, wiped up a good head of lather, very slick with good protection, really like the soap.

When I first had a shave with a 1912, I thought shaves couldn't get any better....... Boy, was I so wrong!

This lather catcher coupled with a C.V. Heljestrand wedge blade, honed by our very own @Billyfergie has produced a stunningly close shave. I found the angle easily, and what an ultra smooth result.

Honestly, to quote the ad, 'I feel epic'.
