Just wanted to update this thread.

Paid for shipping on Tuesday night and they shipped today. Not as fast as pre-pandemic but I'm okay with it.

It seems, nothing has changed with them as far as Asian postings are concerned. If i don't get on to customer care chat box and flog them, they are likely to not make any move for some more time. This time around I will just wait without bothering myself and next time take my business elsewhere. World is not turning upside down with few days delay but I am just posting here to share how even their premium priority parcel services are being run. I imagine there are people who do order medicines, off the shelf generic drugs and supplements. With services working at this pace, someone is just spaced out on tenterhooks.

Another update and attachment of chat script with 'Customer Care'.
TLDR; their services is pants and 'Customer care' is actually a chat bot. I should have listened to my wife who seems much smarter than I when it comes to dealing with 'people'. Basically they take your money and do what they want and however they want. Not to say that parcels don't get delivered but they seem to work on their own terms and without bothering to update any real concerns.
