My Gillette Fusion 5 carts clog easily when shaving.
Slosh it around in some water, bring it up to lips and blow from behind the cart - job done - all the gunk is in the sink and blades are clean - ready for next pass.
You can, of course, also TILT the razor when running it under a tap to clean it out ....
This device above seems totally unnecessary.
