    Viral (2016)
Kinda slow but acting was rather good for being a teen-heavy movie.
I'm feeling generous and giving it a 6/10

    wazza a dog got personality

Couple of weeks ago me and the mrs tried to watch Deadpool. Utter pants, some how managed to last an hour into the film before I switched it off.

Last night I watched Batman: The Killing Joke http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4853102/?ref_=nv_sr_2

It was a good and pretty accurate version of the graphic novel. Once again, Mark Hamill is the stand out as the voice artist for Joker.

    A solid 9/10.

Roxanne - 1987 - Steve Martin and Daryl Hannah in their prime.
An innocent romantic comedy film before shock humour became the norm in the genre. .

The new Tarzan - 5/10 - nothing spectacular, just enough to pass a rainy afternoon.

    Not exactly a new film

It's an OK film to watch with the family. The plot isn't complicated that needs much concentration.... still plenty of room to browse over ATG on the phone :giggle: or run to the kitchen for a drink, without feeling you missed something important

Nice looking mums though :D and so is the main character, my wife and daughter mentioned

    7 / 10.
  8. I watched the lion king with the kids. Not a new film but the first time my youngest has seen it.

As it was a very uneventful evening, and everything worth watching on nowtv had been, me and a housemate watched the 'Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocolypse'

Was about as good as the title suggests, 4/10.

If anyones looking for that sort of american teen comedy/zombie thing, I'd watch American Ultra instead.

    The Purge: Election Yeah (2016)

Still the same great concept as from the first movie - but still short on delivering.
    I'd give it a 6/10

    Daylight's End (2016)
Post apocalyptic zombie movie with long gun battles.
    It's a bit like a top-shelf B-movie.
Acting is spotty and there isn't really a plot.
Zombie killing is still fun though so a 6/10

    Independence Day: Resurgence (2016)

Didn't quite live up to the first one mainly, to me, because of the acting and very 'flat' characters in it that failed to make me 'care' about them.
    I'd say a 5/10.

    Just back from Jason Bourne.
Great to see Matt Damon back.
I'm a big fan of the franchise so I may be easy to please but it was SUPERB!
Car chase near the end, whilst gripping, got a little silly, but oh yeah!!!
    Loved it

Happy to hear it was better than the last one.
