I’m not sure. We bought a 2013 Audi AQ5 2 L Turbo brand new and in the nearly 6 years we’ve owned it there have been 7 recalls. It’s a great drive, but the recalls...? Our other car is a 2003 Lexus IS300, which we bought new and which has been serviced only by the dealership where we bought it: Not one recall in the 15 years we’ve owned it. Perhaps Audi is more conscientious about recalls than Lexus or they have issues with the Q5. I think the latter.Who doesn't love an Audi? A friend of mine has a TT-RS - that thing is a beast!
There was a very short period of my life where I worked in the Caterham factory I helped put together the 7 that went to the 1997 Motorshow, and Eddie Irvine's Caterham 21These will do me:
Lotus Super 7 (But you all knew that)

I've had a similar number of recalls for my 2012 A6. I do believe they are conscientious since failing to do so would put the responsibility for repairs on the customer. And that was always Audi's problem throughout the decades. But if you actually look at the recalls they have all been fairly minor things which were all easily dealt with when I took the car in for regular service. All except one. I don't remember what the recall was for but I was driving on 495 coming out of Manhattan and all of a sudden the warning lights came on and said I needed to contact Audi service immediately and not to drive the car. I did that, Audi paid for the flatbed to the dealership and the repair work was done on Audi's dime. I will say that I have not had to pay for anything for this car other than normal maintenance and upkeep. Filters, oil changes, tires, brakes. I now have almost 93,000 miles on it I'm hoping to get another 100,000 to 150,000 miles on it.I’m not sure. I really liked those Saabs. Too bad they went belly up.These will do me:
Lotus Super 7 (But you all knew that)
Saab 900 Coupe Aero Hot with Hirsch upgrade (A real Saab)
1932 Ford Hot Rod, but to my specifications.

Any Porsche is automotive pornography. Even the 914s qualify in my opinion.
Automotive pornography right there.
How is this "overwrought"?Me?
I find the current styling language overwrought. I used to be a massive fan of Audi's Bauhaus styling, then went elegant but a little bland and now tries too hard.
I'll agree with you there. The rear end is trying too hard to look like a BMW X5. Don't know what year but it was the year they all seemed to have those very wide tires. I think it was 2011 with the sport package.Well supercars can be outrageous and get away with it but I just find this messy:
esp. when compared to,
