Noble Otter aftershaves

I've never tried them - are they any good? My benchmark are the Reserve formula B&M ASL - they seem to suit my skin and if I want something less moisturising and more alcoholic I use Alt Innsbruck or Fine. Where are the NO ASL compared o them? cheers

The NO ASL are very good however are quite tricky to describe. They go on like an alcohol splash dialed down, with a little of the alcohol sting on any tender areas if there are any, then it dries down like a balm.

It doesn't have that magical dry but protected feeling that B&M reserve provides. During winter I have found reserve to be slightly drying, and often apply B&M or Zingari balm after reserve. I can't imagine needing a balm after the NO.

Face feel it is quite similar to Zingari recovery splash which is more like a milk.

Compared to Fine AS, much less alcohol, much more moisturising. Scent on fine is much more prominent and longer lasting

I prefer reserve (I was fortunate to pick up some of the Seville run, down to my last bottle) though I'm glad I tried the NO and enjoy using it.

If there's a scent you fancy give it a go

I've just read that all B&M AS are now reserve formula which if true is excellent news and I don't have to ration my Seville.
