This is a Russian-made cream from Svoboda Cosmetics which I enjoy very much. In Russian Mil'n'iy means "Soapy."
Ease of lathering: 10/10--Very easy and rich lather.
Longevity of lather: 10/10--Stays stable the whole time.
General skincare: 9/10--Leaves a VERY comfortable post-shave feeling.
Scent: 8/10--Soapy and clean in a nice way.
Price: 10/10--VERY cheap in Russia.
Would I buy again: 9/10--Yes. Why not?
Russian creams, aftershave splashes and balms, as well as fragrances are almost impossible to find here in North America because although they're very low-priced in Russia or in the neighboring countries such as Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, etc the cost of shipping would be prohibitive. Another thing is that on 99.5% of any item made in Russia almost no English appears on the packaging. For me it's no problem because I speak, read, and write Russian perfectly but for most North Americans that might be an issue. If you find this cream, don't be afraid to try it because it won't disappoint you!
