Keeping track of blade usage

Very easy for me. I use PermaSharp blades, only two uses per blade, first with the Rockwell 6S and second with the Tatara Masamune that I alternate strictly

I just tear the wrapper for each shave. Just count the tears and Bob’s your uncle...

Depending upon the particular blade, I change them after every or every other shave. There’s not much to remember or track doing it that way.

Bin it once it starts to deteriorate in terms of sharpness (typically between 3 and 6 shaves depending on brand) or starts to rust (carbon steel Treet blades) or at 8 to 10 shaves and I'm getting bored for NOS Classics (e.g. Personna Super Platinum Chrome or Wilkinson 'New')
