I was really eager to try this razor.
It was probably manufactured in 1916. I have several original blades, but their condition and sharpness raise a lot of questions and concerns - so I had to look for options. Measurements showed that it was possible to use injector blades, so I had to make a new "original" blade. After choosing several options, it turned out that half of the upper aluminum support from the GEM blade was a perfect fit (I slightly modified the support "ears", literally with two movements of a file). After assembling, I shaved, amazed at how easy, effortless and pleasant it was, in three passes, I shaved in DFS++ (three passes, because I was interested in how it works at different angles, it was possible to close the question with two passes). The razor is light, with good balance, easy to hold, quite maneuverable, friendly. Has a tendency to stick a little to thick foam, when the foam is a little thinner - no problem. Shaved several times: no irritation, no spots.
