You need to be patient with vendors. Every one of them has their own pace, rhythm and way of working.
Bruno has been in the business for at least around 8 years, and many of us have had multiple positive transactions with him. You see this "processing" thing, then you send an email. Give him time to respond. There are vendors who reply within an hour or two (tops) and there are vendors who will get back to you in not less than 24hrs. Depends on the country or geographical region, first and foremost.
For example, UK vendors are quite structured, formal and pretty predictable. What does that actually translate to? Means that when your order is received by them, you shall receive an email message. When your order ships out, you will then receive another message (with the tracking number of your packet, as well). Vendors from other countries do not usually work like that. This does not necessarily mean that they do not work equally well, it's just that they work differently. When you send them a message they may take more than 24hrs to respond. Sure, nobody likes that, but then on the other hand this does not imply that something has gone wrong with your order.
