I recently bought this Gillette

I thought I bought a Gillette "french service set" (importé d'Angleterre)
after doing some research.I have a doubt.
Here's what I found:
the box and the cap

the baseplate ,from the french service set ," importé d'Angleterre"

and the handle from this set

but there are so many different models....
What do you think about that?

Thank you, gents.
I did read that the English Gillette were excellent razors,
what annoys me a little is that I thought I bought a french service set and I could have had a cheaper 7 o'clock...

I had one of those razors (importé d'Angleterre). Handle is a bit to small in my oppinion, but the shave was very good. Smooth and efficient.

It is a French service set in that it was made in England for the French market - there's no difference between them and all other service sets (hence why I referred to it as a standard service set in my post above). They all perform exactly the same.

I've bought, owned and sold a fair number of Gillette, 7 O'Clock, Minora and Nacet NEW's and have noticed that the plating on the Gillette's tend to be slightly better than the 7 O'Clock, Minora and Nacet versions.
