Honing service needed

I am in need of a honing serve in the U.K for a antique straight razor, it may also require new scales. If anyone can help I would be most grateful. Thanks

Cheers, Steve, the razor was pretty straight forward good quality Sheffield steel full hollow, even though I didn't need to I still took it back to ground zero, and walked it through the progression, 1K, 3K, 5K, 8K, 12K.
