Is that the Austrian site ?Ordered 50 samples from Notino
I think the problem when you r in the shaving community and you enjoy old school aftershaves it's difficult to go into a retail outlet to buy these specialist wet shaving goodies especially the varieties round the globe. Maybe sites should b more ready to send small samples at competitive prices??is there a place to order samples?
Im very fussy when it comes to scents, or is it a case of go and try before you buy?

He's got markup costs to account for though hasn't he. That's why you're paying the extra. Having said that, it's nearly £16 for a tub of soap at Shaving Time now and that begins to put Stirling out of the budget friendly bracket it is in America.I'm still waiting for the shaving time company to decide whether they will start filling smal bottles with 5ml samples of their EDT and after shaves just as their parent company supplier Stirling Soap company in the USA are doing for their wet shavers. Why are we always at the end of the queue for these simple ideas to give us "more choice" as Mrs. Thatcher would have put it. Although I never one of her fans. We are paying nearly £7.00 more than our American cousins for the same 100ml bottle of Stirling a/shaves and EDTs
You'r right Chris its a bit of a game shipping a/shaves now that they don't carry gallons of them on aeroplanes like they used to. Are they that explosive or is it a real terrorist threat?? I don't know - I wish someone in the know would explain it to me. £16.00 per tub is still below Ariana and Evans who have turned up very recently in the UK as you know. I still think that 4 samples for $10.00 allows Shaving time to make 50 out of 1 bottle. I pour a/shave into a 5ml plastic spray bottle just to carry 1 around when I go out after all they don't stay fragrant for long - especially Razorock. What do you think - I might be missing the point so value and welcome all wet shavers opinions. I wish we had some Artisan shops like the USA. We would probably end up mildly bankrupt - let loose in those places. Thanks for your feedback. P. S. Kevy in Dundee may mention Those Damn Samples thread for maybe a wider debate on this.
