I'm a little upset to find out they refuse to deliver to me - it's the central belt of Scotland, not the back of beyond!!Now we're talking we even have a menu on this thread![]()
I live in an area with sketchy cell phone reception, and zero food deliveries. Unless you live in a city where it's economically feasible, Deliveroo, Just Eat, etc. are only rumours.I must be the only fat love-child ordering takeaways![]()
I keep telling you I'm too old to give you body fluids. Ask Nishy. No takeaway food for this little soldier. If I wanted bodily fluids I'd get them another way not in a takeaway.
Gonna need a hand SteveI keep telling you I'm too old to give you body fluids. Ask Nishy.
Wow wanting a tip before leaving! Reminds me of Home Alone Lost in New York, Kevin gives a stick of gum as a tip.....At the height of the pandemnic I could find no supermarket that would deliver, not one of the main stream supermarkets. I found Iceland and I was happy to buy the basics, the bread, milk, cheese, bacon, butter, fruit and veggies. I have stayed with them and the experience has been great unlike past experience with ASDA, who delivered at any time they chose including 11.30 PM, Tesco who had drivers that insisted on a tip before leaving and Sainsburys who had no issues about not delivering half of the order. Iceland, to their credit, will replace an out of stock item with something else at their cost, for example a request for 6 eggs is replaced with 12 eggs at no extra charge.
Best of them all was Morrisons.
