English Fern Aftershave Similarity

Does anyone know of a splash aftershave, perhaps one of the Fougères, that is close in scent to the original Penhaligon's English Fern?

Never had the pleasure smelling or using Penhaligon`s English Fern. If it is a Fougere scent and you are looking for an affordable alternative I can recommend Alpa Fougere Eau de Cologne from Czech Republic. I use it as aftershave splash.

I, too, use and enjoy the Alpa mentioned above. Not much skin goodies in there but it does the trick. Otherwise, Barrister’s Reserve aftershave will come in the Fern scent in November(?) If it’s anything like the soap, I’m all over it, but comparing to Pen’s, you might be looking at a drier version, possibly due to the geranium presence in Pen’s.

I've never tried it but I believe that Wickham Irish Fern balm is based on the Penhaligons English Fern scent

I have never tried Penhaligons English Fern but I have Wickham Irish Fern balm and shaving soap.
Both wonderful with beautiful classic Fougere and powdery sweet tonka bean scent, Just like a walk in the Wicklow hills after a wee drop of rain.
