I can only speak about Yaqi, which I assume would be similar... I have a DS Cosmetics T7-SE but none of their CNC offerings. It works well and is a very good quality item.
The Yaqi zamak chrome versions are great quality, and don't give anything to their CNC stable mates as far as performance goes. Durability is always an unknown with any item made from an alloy that oxidises easily, where the thickness and quality of the protective chrome plating determines longevity. Some western brands have suffered from this, so it isn't a geographically confined problem.
