bleach isnt safe on stainless steel,
can turn it brown.

You might be okay depending on dilution etc. chlorine can stain stainless permanently

Yes, you do not want to let any blade, carbon or stainless, sit in bleach for any length of time. I do not let bleach or any of the others sit on the blade for any length of time. I swab the blade down, rinse it thoroughly and dry it before going on to the next stage.

To clean Stainless steel razors I use a white vinegar water solution..and sometimes a bit of surgical spirit.
