    Never heard of it, but it sounds like a fairly standard, straight up 5 set x 5 rep routine? No idea what the keto part of it is though?

    Probably has to do with it being a holistic thing, including dieting, which involves getting the body into ketosis, burning fat instead of carbs. So gaining muscles and losing fat in one package, I suppose.

    Friend of mine does Ironman and Norseman and what have you of crazy shit races. His breakfast is coffee with two clicks of coconut fat and one or two of full fat butter. That keeps him going for an hour and a half cycling to work and until lunch... Not sure if his activity level impacts on the effects of low carb, but his bad cholesterol has gone down and his good has gone up with this diet. Go figure!
