If the product is the best of its kind we'll just have to grin and bear it... Harris shaving sticks come to mind, arguably the best shaving sticks on the market and yet the labels aren't even waterproof - Used mine once and its all bubbled up, I can tell it will have completely disintegrated by the end of the week. Epic fail

I have come to the conclusion I am both fussy and unlucky! My latest annoyance: I've always enjoyed MWF so thought I'd finally treat myself to the matching ceramic dish, of course it arrives today with the printing on the lid non central and the dish itself is slightly misshapen (leaning.)

In all seriousness though, the vendor agreed with me and said they do get the odd dodgy one so will send out another.

Seriously impressive service from Anthony at Shavelounge... I emailed him about the dodgy dish at 3:23pm yesterday and a replacement arrived 9:30am this morning, thats world class service in any industry never mind niche grooming products.
