I think TOBS Victorian Limes has extras apart from the alcohol....
It has a different "feel" to other pure alcohol AS's, it stings like alcohol but has an oily(?) moisturising feeling.. Are there any other aftershaves like this?
The closest I have is @Bigboar @4 Bay Rum.

Modern Brut has castor oil in the ingredients. I also have one called Esprit Fougere, which might actually be a hair tonic but it works well as an aftershave.

Speick, has the magical Speick plant extract. Excellent aftershave for skin care IMO

Floid, Pitralon and Old Spice has a talc post shave element to it.

Glycerin often has that initial oily feel which then subsides as it's absorbed.

Saponificio Varesino's thick lotions have plenty of skin foods in, on top of the alcohol (and menthol):

Here the ingredients of the Fern version. No expert on this, but at least the ones in bold are supposed to have an effect, probably more.

Aqua, Alcohol Denat., Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice, Parfum, Tocopheryl acetate, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate, Xanthan gum, Caprylic glycol**, Trideceth-8**, Calendula Officinalis flower, Caprylic/Capric triglyceride, Chamomilla Recutita flower, Malva sylvestris extract, Menthol, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Lavandula Hybrida Abrial Herb Oil, Linalool, Citronellol, Limonene, Coumarin, Alpha-Isomethyl ionone, Geraniol

Spieck, Tabac and Lucky Tiger aftershaves all seem to me to have that oily initial feeling. I have also added some glycerin to Aqua Velva Ice Blue to add a touch of moisturizing to it. That might be worth experimenting with on some less expensive aftershaves.

I found Musgo Real has a very greasy/oily feel to it, which was quite unpleasant; after three uses I poured it down the drain. I haven't found thatTOBS Victorian Limes feels much different to my other TOBS's aftershaves, but they all leave my face feeling great.

Out of the two aftershave splashes I've used, Wickham 1912 and Floid Black, I think Floid leaves me with slightly tacky feeling skin. Not sure what's in it that causes that though.
