If it's a dark fern your after, Razor Master's Ari Pine is quite nice.

Fougère. Correct, lovely scent. Haven't found any that match the depth of scent of Felce Aromatica, but anything labelled 'English Fern' will at least be in the same ballpark.

MdC: It's smashing. Rather toned down smelly wise, powdery, light floral. Performance is top notch, and of the easiest lathers.

I really like the fougere scent but IMO its the performance that is more prominent. Incidentally my favourite fougere is a shower gel called Badedas

I've never tried Martin de Candre, so I couldn't say. Heard mostly good things about it though, for whatever that's worth.

Grandstaff fern has more of a cinnamon and woody fern tone to my nose.
